Student Housing Bath Ltd. is a small family concern that has been offering good quality, value for money houses to students at Bath University for over twenty years. All of our houses have only two floors and are for three or four non-smoking students only.  All have modern fully fitted kitchens, bathrooms, a sitting room and modern gas-fired central heating. Our showers have pressure. All of the beds in our houses are good with double beds in all appropriate rooms. Each bedroom is wired for broadband and all houses have secure cycle storage.

Because we have resisted the temptation to cram in an extra bedroom, you benefit by having more space, so that our student housing is more spacious than the average.  The  RENT is REDUCED for July and August if non-occupational, approx. 30% less.

We take responsibility for all gardening - including lawns and our North Road houses have reserved off-street parking should you wish to have a car.

Some of our houses are in Combe Down which means you can cycle to University with no big hill to climb!
